Q: How do I contact you?

Q: When do you restock?

A: We don’t have exact dates for restocks. You can follow us on social media for restocks and new arrivals. (@wallkslo)


Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Not currently.


Q: Are your shoes, true to size?

A: All our shoes are based on US sizes. Please refer to the description if one may defer in size (run big or small). Please choose your size based on personal preference, everyone's foot size runs differently.

Q: Where do I input the promo code?

A: You will be given the opportunity to input the promo code at checkout. We will not be able to adjust any payments after checkout. Nor can any promos codes be used for prior purchases.

Q: What is my order number?

A: Your order number will be given to you via email from Wallkslo after your order is placed. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please reference your order number.

Q: Can I be notified if a certain shoe is restocked?

A: We do not notify individuals personally. Please follow our social media for all restocks. (@wallkso)

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Q: Can orders be placed over the phone?

A: All orders must be placed online at wallkslo.com. However, if you are having trouble placing an order online, please contact us (678) 609-3414.

Q: After my order is placed, how soon will I receive my order?

A: Please track your order with the tracking number provided to you after your order has shipped. (via email)

Q: Will my shoe arrive in box or mailer?

A: Our general orders will arrive in our special packaging, however if you would like the original box sent for your order, please include the statement "Please enclose shoes in box, not mailer", in the comments of your order.
